The Barn House



So you say, "Why do I need a barn when I don't even have a horse?"

  You know, it happens every time we build one of our Gambrel Roof Barns.  People passing by will stop and ask, "Hey!  What are you guys building?"  I tell them it's a barn, or a garage, or whatever and they always reply, "Geez, that would make a really neat house!"

  Well, it's true.  With a little imagination you can use any one of our six Gambrel Barn models (16' x 24', 20' x 30', 24' x 30', 28' x 40' or 32' x 40' or 36' x 60'), and the floor plan you create, to build your own two-story Gambrel Barn Home with up to 4320 square feet!!

  Put doors and windows wherever you like.  Add a sky-light.  Hey, it's your barn.  We even have accessory plans for an attractive 4', 6' or 8' Gambrel Dormer Window, a second floor Covered Deck, a Shed Roof addition, the Vaulted Gambrel Side Entry and a Cupola for the roof.

  Remember, because of the engineered truss design, none of the interior walls are load bearing, so you have the freedom to put them anywhere you want or leave them out and use other media to delineate your living space.
